We have made it to the final month of 2017. This year has been really great for the Coleman family overall and we’re excited to see what 2018 brings. We’re excited to celebrate Christmas. We live in a predominately Jewish neighborhood though, so our kids want to celebrate Hanukkah too. (Unfortunately, it’s not for the cultural appreciation. Rather, they want 8 days of gifts. Kids!) As an African American/Black family, we also celebrate the principles of Kwanzaa. Let’s just say we will be celebrating a lot this month! That is why this month’s tee collection focuses on holiday celebration picks.
-The ironic thing is that it’s the Hanukkah shirts that have been selling like hotcakes. (Hanukkah paid for our Christmas?!) Keep Calm And Dreidel On, Deck The Halls With Matzo Balls, and Spinners Gonna Spin were especially popular.)
-Next year, we’ll have to do more Kwanzaa shirts. The Kwanzaa Principles tee has been this year’s favorite.
